5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are determined by the event organizer’s policy. Rowvera will assist in facilitating refunds only when authorized by the event organizer or required by law. Service fees may be nonrefundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Event Changes and Responsibilities

Event organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel events at their discretion. Rowvera is not responsible for external factors such as weather, performer changes, or venue conditions. Any disputes regarding event experiences should first be addressed directly with the event organizer.

A. For Consumers

  • Use the Rowvera platform responsibly and honestly.

B. For Ticket Sellers and Event Organizers

  • Provide truthful and accurate event information.
  • Deliver all services and tickets as promised.
  • Treat customers fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination.
  • Refrain from deceptive pricing or hidden fees.
  • Maintain professional communication and uphold Rowvera’s standards of service and integrity.

C. For Rowvera Staff and Partners

  • Operate with professionalism, courtesy, and fairness.
  • Protect user privacy and data at all times.
  • Uphold the company’s values of service, transparency, and respect.
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns with care and efficiency.
  • Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of account access.
